The National Minimum Care Standards are enforced by
the Commission for Social Care and Inspection (CSCI).
Launched in 2004, CSCI
is the single independent inspectorate for all social care
services in England. With CSCI now committed to helping
providers improve their services, the implementation
of a secure, specialist care maintenance system is essential
for the smooth running of a residential care home.
Developed in partnership with the care industry, ClearCare
delivers an internet-based, integrated approach to the
recording and storage of data in care home management.
This system meets CSCI security requirements, delivers
Best Practice and is an invaluable tool in assisting
care home staff to meet these standards 24 hours a day.
"ClearCare enabled
instant, secure access to all the confidential files
of a young person during a serious Court case. The
information was available at my fingertips. No time
was lost in travelling and, because the system prompted
me to view new information, the Court was assured
that any information provided was the most up to
date possible." Detective Constable M. Parkinson
