The
ClearCare internet based integrated system enables
the care manager to identify a problem in practice,
and either offer advice to staff or act on the problem
before escalation. Behavioural patterns of a young
person in residential care are entered into the
system, monitored, dealt with and evaluated using
Best Practice procedures.
The ClearCare system is a fast and accurate way
to record legible information – the end user
does not have to rely on hand-written notes. Ease
