Easy to customise
ClearCare forms also allow large companies with numerous homes
to standardise the forms and processes across their care group,
ensuring that all homes use the same method of recording. If
any updates to a form are required the changes will automatically
update across all of the homes. All fields within the forms
are definable, to ensure that reports can be easily generated
containing only pertinent information. Simple
to update
The ClearCare form can be updated and amended at any time by
authorised personnel. All copies are available to print out,
but never deleted. All forms, when completed by a member of
staff, are date and time stamped, to create an evidenced trail.
ClearCare tracks all movement through the system, and any activity
such as form submission is attributable to the user’s
ID. If an authorised person wishes to review or access any file,
he/she can find out who has viewed that file previously and
when.
Using ClearCare’s own language for the construction of
online forms, your company’s own corporate brand can be
replicated easily onto the system.
Alternatively, ClearCare has a large database of innovative
standard forms that are ready to use.
Ofsted
has the power to enter and inspect a residential care
home at any time, with or without notification. Because ClearCare
is a computerised system, the user can invite inspectors, social
workers and other professionals to access the care home’s
files, on a time limited or continuous basis. This improved,
simplified access to files is designed to complement and enhance
current inspection methods, the sharing of information and partnership
working, promoting ClearCare’s philosophy of Best Practice
and transparency of care.
