The
ClearCare system offers a personal file of each
client/ service user in your care. This will include
key details including name, ID, care home address,
legal status, key worker, placing authority, social
worker, practice manager, admission date and placement
end date. ClearCare will also file all of the completed
forms relating to the service user that are completed
daily.

Tasks can include the monitoring of health, education and behaviour.
This information is then electronically archived for a period
of 75 years, and can be accessed within a few minutes of logging
on to the ClearCare system. This ease of access to vital information
can significantly reduce the time it takes to investigate occurrences
