| Workflow |
 |
How do you manage your daily home tasks and procedures?
Is your system wholly paper driven? Is it secure,
easily updatable, and a ready source of reference?
ClearCare workflow offers a task management system
that allows customers to organise the management
of their home securely and efficiently.

|
 |
 |
The workflow is the daily task
log on the residential care home. General procedures are
set up to facilitate the daily smooth running of the home,
for example:
| •
Weekly fire and
smoke alarm checks |
|
|
| •
Daily fridge temperature
checks |
|
|
| •
Security checks |
|
|
| •
Boiler maintenance checks |
|
|
| •
Car maintenance checks |
|
|
| •
Health and Safety checks |
|
|
| •
Staff supervisions |
|
|
| •
Daily Reports |
|
|
|
 |
| |
If the care staff fail to carry
out any of the checks listed on the system, the
ClearCare system highlights the problem in red as
a prompt. A manager can log on to the system at
any time, note the highlighted problems and then
check the progress of the tasks in question.
A Daily Report is a procedure that automatically
runs daily for each young person, once they have
been entered into the system, and information contained
in the Profile is used to inform the Key Performance
Indicators.
New forms can be individually designed in a matter
of minutes and uploaded onto the site, using a ClearCare
electronic form.
A senior care manager/ responsible individual can
check all of the homes by using the ClearCare system;
all tasks which remain uncompleted after the due
time will be highlighted on screen, to ensure that
affirmative action can be taken to ensure that tasks
are completed as fast as possible.

“ClearCare enabled
instant, secure access to all the confidential files
of a young person during a serious Court case. The
information was available at my fingertips. No time
was lost in travelling and, because the system prompted
me to view new information, the Court was assured
that any information provided was the most up to
date possible. “
