ClearCareTM is a social care software system which simplifies the management of care homes by offering immediate access to information and instant reports on outcomes or KPIs. It also allows users to create reminders within the system to ensure no tasks relating to home and staff management are forgotten. It therefore serves as an early warning system, allowing social care organisations to safeguard against poor practice.
A new staff rota module has been developed to increase traceability. Once rotas have been created in the system, staff will be informed of their shifts via text or email, creating an audit trail of who is working when. The system also logs sickness, absence and training and sends time sheets directly to payroll. The module will help staff to comply with Ofsted’s requirements for recording actual hours worked as well as planned rotas.
