Our software solution was developed with the goal of creating a seamless information exchange that makes every minute count in children’s social care settings. Over the years, we worked closely with all our customers to create a bespoke solution for their specific needs while delivering and maintaining excellent customer service. Two decades later, we have become one of the largest and most secure care management systems in the UK!
We started out with a simple mission:

With over 22 years of outstanding service under our belt, we are proud that our software solution is now used in more than 2500 children’s homes and over 1100 Supported Accommodation provisions across the UK.
We currently have over 900 customers with over 90,000 registered users – a figure which is constantly growing!
Local authorities love our software too; Bristol City Council, Buckinghamshire County Council, Durham Council, Devon County Council already use our software – to name but a few.

“We started Clearcare in 2003 because we wanted to help children’s residential homes better demonstrate their care quality by using technology to record care data.
Back then, all data was recorded on paper, and care management software as we know it didn’t exist. As a result, hard-working care home managers were often overwhelmed with administrative burden, and anxious about falling short during inspections.
We wanted to create a service-focused management solution that would ease this pressure on managers. We created the first Clearcare software to help our own care homes manage their sensitive data and daily activities. In those days the cloud was still the great unknown, but as technology progressed, more care homes saw our software and began asking for their own versions. As our customer base grew, we listened to the feedback we received from care managers and residents, and their preferences have helped shape every new version of our software.
I’m incredibly proud of everything Clearcare Solutions has achieved over the last twenty years, including the exciting new launches we’ve got planned for the coming months. We’re always striving for improvement, and the best is definitely yet to come.”
