With Supported Accommodation providers now regulated by Ofsted, having a secure solution for data collection and analysis is key.
Designed to make complex day-to-day recording simple, Clearcare minimises the time you spend inputting and analysing care data. With a wealth of digital form templates, standardising the documentation of all routine care actions and incidents couldn’t be simpler.
Within Clearcare, all fields have to be completed before logs can be submitted, ensuring you always have all the information you need, saving hours of time chasing for half-finished forms to be completed.
This not only improves productivity, it also helps you to better evidence your care delivery and showcase the positive outcomes you’ve achieved for young people.
Better Connecting the Circle of Care
Managing case records digitally is ideal for the collaborative nature of supported accommodation. With many involved in a young person’s care, case management software can act as a shared single point of truth to view and analyse care data in real-time.
For a More Connected Care Experience
Our Kids App empowers residents to add photographs and memories to their life journeys, report good news, feedback on care plans, message staff, or if needed, raise a concern.
This tool isn’t designed to replace face-to-face communication – It simply gives young people the ability to contribute to their care records and have their voice heard in a different way.
Easy Data Analysis Supports Quality Reviews and Regulatory Reports
Perhaps one of the biggest changes is the new requirement that Supported Accommodation providers complete a quality review at least once every six months.
The review is required to demonstrate the impact that support is having on outcomes and improvements for the young people.
Clearcare is embedded with a range of nationally recognised outcomes tools within Clearcare to help users better measure and support young people’s wellbeing. All it takes is a few clicks to generate reports showcasing residents’ progress towards achieving their outcomes.
Our reporting functionality delivers all the data insight you need to identify service improvements, measure improvements over time, monitor incidents and manage risks.
Example Reports include:
- Daily Audit Report
- Weekly Audit Report
- Weekly Record
- Trends
- Incident
- Outcomes including CGAS, Spence Anxiety Scale and HonSCA

We need your help to reach care leavers!
The University of Liverpool is conducting a study to explore how positive and negative care experiences influence later life mental health.
The survey gives care leavers the opportunity to share their experiences, helping to improve mental health outcomes for future generations to come.
Taking part only takes 10-15 minutes and participants will be entered into a draw to win a £100 Amazon Voucher.
To find out more about getting involved, you can contact Sally Peplow directly or click here to take part.
